We’re building something unique in the accommodation industry, and we need someone ready to drive operational efficiency, enhance guest experience, and integrate technology and AI into our core processes. This role places you at the heart of our operational framework, ensuring seamless performance across properties and establishing Moment as a leader in operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Operations Oversight & Daily Management: Ensure all properties maintain the highest guest-ready standards, overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
* Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth property management and top-tier service delivery.
* Oversee vendor relationships, including housekeeping, maintenance, and IT support, for consistent quality.
Systems Setup & Optimisation: Implement and manage core operational systems, from property and finance to AI-driven automation, ensuring data security and privacy compliance across all systems.
* Design and maintain operational systems for cohesive, efficient functioning.
* Integrate AI tools to automate workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance overall efficiency.
* Troubleshoot and optimise systems for operational resilience and compliance with data security standards.
SOP Development & Documentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across all processes.
* Document processes to ensure clarity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
* Organise and store all SOPs, workflows, and process documentation within a comprehensive knowledge base.
Property Onboarding & Setup: Lead the onboarding of new properties, setting up essential systems, sourcing furniture, and establishing operational standards.
* Develop a streamlined approach for launching new properties to ensure a smooth integration into our operational framework.
Utilities & Contract Management: Oversee essential services and contracts, ensuring continuous, cost-effective operation.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, managing renewals and performance to avoid service disruptions.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure all properties are compliant with safety regulations and operational standards, actively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Regularly review and update compliance protocols across all locations, focusing on proactive risk management.
Operational Reporting & Data Insights: Monitor systems performance and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements.
* Report on system and operational performance, identifying key areas for enhancement and cost-saving measures.
* Use data insights to suggest and implement process adjustments, ensuring operations are data-informed and future-proofed.
Inventory Management & Procurement: Track and manage inventory, ensuring consistent availability of resources across properties.
* Handle procurement and inventory management to maintain smooth operations and avoid supply disruptions.
Budgeting & Cost Management: Develop operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
* Track expenses and optimise costs, ensuring each property operates within its budget constraints.
Staff Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development for operations staff, creating resources to maintain consistent standards.
* Develop and deliver training to ensure staff are skilled in both operational and tech-based processes, supporting continuous improvement.
