If you are in the current Unilever Ice Cream business or considering working for the newly separated Ice Cream business, you will work for the Global leading Ice Cream player in a growing category.
JOB PURPOSE:
* Develop & grow the Ice Cream portfolio with existing and prospective customers.
* Lead and evolve the regional field sales team (3rd Party) within the independent leisure market, whilst account managing up to 5 top independent regional leisure customers and all in-direct wholesalers in your region.
* Accountable for the execution of the field sales strategy to achieve annual growth targets.
* Network and build great customer relationships based on a deep understanding of their OOH portfolio needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage portfolio of new and existing customers, leading the 3rd party field sales team to deliver against distribution and execution targets.
* Drive internal P&L delivery and external market share growth of all in-direct wholesalers in the region.
* Work cross-functionally with all other direct regional/national wholesaler partners.
* Develop a culture of customer-centricity, with data and insight as the foundation for successful sales growth.
* Manage the regional capex budget to deliver best ROI.
* Approval of P&L and investment spend/business cases with customers.
* Lead large scale and complex contractual customer negotiations.
* Complete all administrative tasks in full and in a timely manner.

SKILLS & LEADERSHIP:
* Advanced negotiation and customer relationship building skills.
* Robust commercial understanding and P&L literacy.
* Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to grow existing and win new customers.
* Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office suite.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
* A proven track record of managing multiple influential retail/leisure customers.
* Proven track record in planning and prioritisation of tasks.
* Line Manager Excellence, including recruitment, development, and training.
