Part Time Finance Assistant / Brighton / Accountancy / Finance Client Details A well established Brighton employer is looking to add to the finance team by recruiting a permanent Part Time Finance Assistant. Description As Part Time Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for: Credit control for outstanding debts Run weekly debtors reports Email initial payment request Producing statements Responding to client query emails Ensure debtors reports are kept up to date with detailed information Assisting with allocation of funds Obtaining bank details and processing or approving refund payments Reconciling accounts Supporting any finance projects as required Profile Knowledge of working in a finance department/credit control function Excel and accounting software Attention to detail Job Offer £26-28,000 FTE Our client is flexible on the contracted hours of 20-30 per week. Ideally the same hours over 5 days (can be flexible on the start and finish times) or even over 4 days. You need to be in the office twice a week and the rest of the week you can work your hours from home.
