About the Role:As Head of MFL, you will:

* Lead and manage the Modern Foreign Languages department across KS3 and KS4.
* Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies to promote student success in languages.
* Provide strong leadership, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
* Communicate and liaise effectively with other members of staff to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
