Position: Estate Agency Performance Manager
Location: Midlands
The Package:
* Up to £40k basic salary plus £5k car allowance plus OTE, realistic £55k (all in) per annum (can go higher DOE)

This role focuses on leading the growth and success of a National Property Group. You'll work closely with business owners, offering expertise to coach, mentor, and help optimise their performance using established business models, systems, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, providing guidance and support to enhance their business operations.
* Implement and oversee performance strategies aligned with strategic goals.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
* Collaborate with various departments to align objectives and performance standards with organisational goals.
The Person:
* 5 years of experience in the estate agency sector.
* Assertive, results-driven, with a competitive nature and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
* Strong ability to coach and advise business owners, fostering their development and success.
* Quick learning ability, with a strong sense of pride in contributing to team success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport within the property sector.
* Analytical mindset, comfortable working with technology and emerging tools of the trade.
