We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team in providing dedicated support for a gentleman based in March, Cambridgeshire. The gentleman experiences Autism, he needs support to organise and manage his day and times can present with challenging behaviour. This gentlemans support will be 1:1 and 2:1 at different times during the day. He has a love of gardening, and watching football along with other sports and shopping. It would be a great plus if you have these interests too. If you have experience of supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health issues & are confident, can help him people feel safe and want to make a difference, this could be right for you. UK Driving License & sleep in shifts are essential for this role. Salary: £26,989.14 per annum (FTE 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time) Previous experience is required. The ideal candidate would possess strong communication skills, be a reliable team player, and demonstrate patience.
