As an integral part of the team, you will work alongside the HR Consultants to provide support and advice to our clients. This will include accurately drafting letters and documents for clients to use. You will also get involved in carrying out exit interviews and be comfortable working on investigations and grievance and disciplinary processes and working with clients on updates to their HR systems, co-ordinating recruitment activity including working with our partners who provide screening and psychometric tests. There will also be some direct client HR administration work such as virtual filing and running payrolls.
You will have great attention to detail with both words and figures and be able to effectively manage multiple deadlines. You will also be able to show us a passion for building great relationships with clients and colleagues.
This is an ideal opportunity to broaden and develop your existing HR experience with the support of an experienced team of HR Consultants. You will be a graduate with some experience in an HR focused role and be keen to develop a career in HR.

What You’ll Do:
* Consult with Impact: Use your experience and hands-on HR knowledge to offer operational and transactional HR support, and find opportunities to add value to our Clients
* Build Relationships: Support the team in building great relationships by working closely with Clients to understand their HR needs, offering tailored solutions that drive business success and manage Business risk.
* Support Business Growth: Through proactive interactions with Clients identify cross selling opportunities across the Business
What We’re Looking For:
* Ideally you would be CIPD Qualified with experience of working in a hands-on operational HR capacity currently at Advisor level.
* A proactive attitude, with the ability to build and develop strong, lasting relationships with clients.
* A full driving license and access to a car (for client visits).
