For our Nurseries across Scotland, we are looking for a passionate and experienced senior Early Years Professional to work in a senior regional role. The role offers a 40 hr working week, salary up to £50k depending on experience together with a £5k care allowance. Ideally you will be in a similar role, where you are responsible for the Quality and Curriculum within your nurseries, developing, supporting, improving, maintaining and monitoring best practice and quality through the Curriculum for Excellence and leading our Pedagogical Approach across all our settings. You will also need to have led Nurseries through Care Inspections and have worked closely with the Care Inspectorate on any recommendations for the future. Working with the manager and the teams in each of our Nurseries, together with reporting to the senior team and Head of Scotland, together with developing and delivering training to support Additional Needs and Inclusion, and as Lead SENco for the Company.
