The Complex Needs Team supports people who have a diagnosis of, or suspected diagnosis of Personality Disorder. The team offer NICE approved interventions such as DBT, Structured Clinical Management and MBT. This is an exciting time to join this ever evolving service. As team manager you will have a vital role in embedding the new personality disorder pathway within our services and being a key point of contact and consultation for teams across the locality. ,There are additional opportunities to improve access for this client group via working collaboratively with different agencies, including the third sector, and contribute to developing innovative digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to deliver psychologically informed interventions to a small group of people alongside your managerial responsibilities. Main duties of the job To manage, lead and be accountable for the provision of high quality effective leadership and management of the Adult Complex Needs Service (East) and ensure an optimum level of safe and effective patient care within budgetary resources.
