What You’ll Be Doing: Leading by example – You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents. Be a role model – Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence. Reporting – You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters. What We’re Looking For: A qualified nurse (RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN) Someone with a genuine passion for elderly care and significant experience working in a care home or similar environment.
