You will work a range of mornings (either 7.30am to 2pm or 8am to 2.30pm) and evenings (either 4.30 to 9pm or 5 to 10pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota, enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You need to be caring, empathetic and committed to making a difference to people’s lives with the ability to easily commute to people’s homes in North Norfolk so will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. However, you do not need previous experience as full training will be given.
