You will need to be able to join an induction programme which runs Tuesday - Friday 17:00 - 21:00 and Saturday 08:00 -13:00 for the first 6 weeks. This role offers a lot of challenges and variety. Responsibilities include assisting customers with water bills, refunds, payment plans, and change of occupier, as well as addressing issues with water supply. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We provide full training, coaching, and support to help you succeed. Provide an excellent customer experience by being flexible to resolve all customer contacts within the company timescales and contribute to customer satisfaction score. Maintain focus on meeting targets and adhere to business processes, data protection, regulatory compliance and attendance. Build relationships with peers and colleagues to enhance the team working environment, resolve customer problems and ensure successful productivity. Proactively use information and resources to ensure that skills and knowledge are kept up to date and continuously developed. Attend and contribute to team meetings with team, peers and colleagues. What do you bring to the role? GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 (or equivalent) Live within a commutable distance to our office in Snodland, Kent. You’ll be on-site for your induction training. Passionate about excellent customer service. Determined to find the best solutions to problems. Having previous customer service experience would be beneficial.
