Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 2 Point 11 to Point 15 (£24,879.00 to £26,961.00, per annum)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 11.00am & 2.30pm to 6.30pm / Friday 7.30am to 11.00am & 2.30pm to 6.00pm, 52 weeks per annum (Hours negotiable)

This is an exciting role and would be suitable for a responsible, hard-working, self-motivated and flexible team player who has good communication skills, at least a basic level of IT skills, great organisational skills and has the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining a clean, safe and secure school premises which includes buildings and grounds.
2. Handyperson activities, routine maintenance and refurbishment, porterage and minor repairs.
3. Supervision of agency cleaning staff.
4. Promoting health and safety around the school and carrying out daily/weekly/monthly health and safety checks.
5. All other aspects of site management, such as supervising external contractors, site use and development planning.
Experience is desirable but not essential; all applications will be considered. Training will be provided.

1. Friendly and approachable.
2. Self-motivated and organised with a willingness to adapt and learn new practices and procedures.
3. Competent at DIY and general maintenance.
4. Experienced and knowledgeable about premises management and health & safety regulations and procedures, or willing to undertake training.
5. Keen to take pride in the condition and appearance of our school both internally and externally.
6. Flexible and adaptable and have initiative with effective interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
