Your opportunity
Reporting into our Regional General Manager for Western and Central region, you will influence and motivate our Dealers with support and insight to drive excellent Brand performance.
* Ensure dealerships achieve retail and wholesale objectives using tools available combined with observations, recommendations and action planning.
* Develop and encourage business plans within the dealer.
* Conduct detailed analysis on dealership and territory performance, internal and external benchmarks; identify opportunities; develop and monitor metrics to track and manage performance.
* Ensure dealerships meet Nissan's required operational standards and the dealership works within the framework of the dealer agreement.
* Develop specific Customer Satisfaction strategies with dealerships that ensure the achievement of above benchmark set targets for Customer Satisfaction.
* Be an active participant in business improvement programs to significantly improve operations and sales execution, drive organisations performance and support "whole business" objectives.
You will bring
* 5-7 years' experience in a high performing sales and marketing organisation, ideally automotive
* Proven track record in business plan development and execution
* Excellent analytical skills teamed with data driven decision making ability
* Strong presentation skills including being extremely articulate, understanding the audience and having confidence
* Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills
* Tertiary level degree in Business or related discipline – preferable
