Secretary / Office Manager
Temp - Perm for the right candidate.
Full time - (Monday - Friday)
Salford
Hourly rate - dependent on experience

We are currently looking for a Secretary / Office Manager to be based at their head office in Salford. This role is initially on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The role of Secretary / Office Manager includes.
1. Processing referrals into the service
2. Inputting referrals into the electronic database
3. Processing and filing invoices.
4. Booking client interviews
5. Taking support charge and recording payment accurately
6. Managing the office diary
7. Scanning, filing, and shredding.
8. Taking meeting minutes
9. Recording housing benefit payments from schedules and spreadsheets to the Housing Manager
10. Collating maintenance tasks
11. Recording inventories
12. Ensuring ex tenants post is returned to send.
13. Ordering stationary and other commodities
14. Maintaining two small offices
15. Emailing and liaising with company partners
16. Preparing PowerPoint presentations
We are looking for someone who is organised, diligent and has the ability to multitask within a busy, faced paced environment. You will be computer literate and ideally have experience of inputting and maintaining data and spreadsheets. Experience of general office management would be beneficial for this role.
