We’re looking for an experienced, hard-working and qualified person to not only manage an existing portfolio of existing accounts but also help us expand by securing new accounts.
Our growing list of customers includes some of the most prestigious marketplaces and digital marketing businesses in the world such as Zoopla, AutoTrader UK, OnTheMarket, AutoTrader Canada, Idealista, Cars.com, BNP Paribas, Honda, Groupe La Centrale, Subito, REA Group and many others.
We span real estate, automotive, financial services, health care, insurance, veterinary services and many other industries with our call tracking, data and analytics platform.

The Role:
Our target customers are large companies that sell products or services which often involve a phone call or other interaction prior to purchase. An account executive at iovox has the potential for earning commission through the growth and expansion of existing customers in addition to revenue generated from new accounts.
As an Account Executive, you will have two areas of focus:
* Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key people within customer accounts. Regularly communicating with them to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure they are happy and maximising their investment.
* New Business Development: Identify companies/opportunities that are currently not partnering with us in the UK, research them, identify the appropriate people internally and reach out with a view to meeting them and making them a happy customer.
* Account Planning and Strategy: Developing strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and overall portfolio. Aligning customer goals with iovox’s services and creating roadmaps to achieve these objectives.
* Solution Selling and Upselling / Cross Selling: Presenting tailored solutions that address customer-specific challenges and demonstrate our value. Often iovox technology has application in other parts of an existing customer’s business (a different department or region in the world) which are additional opportunities for growth.
* Issue Resolution and Support: Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., support, product, development) to address customer issues promptly and effectively.
* Performance and Reporting: Monitoring account performance, usage metrics, and customer satisfaction levels. Providing regular reports and updates to customers on the performance and value derived from the software solutions.
* Conducting business reviews to discuss progress, challenges, and future plans with clients.
Your attitude, curiosity, analytical skills, and willingness to work hard are very important to us. Ideally you will have 3-5 years (or more) of account management or sales experience in B2B enterprise software.
Tasks include:
· Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with customers.
· Prospecting for new business and following up on inbound sales leads
· Generate and manage an effective pipeline of opportunities.
· Work across departments to ensure a high-quality service experience.
· Generate reports and insights on a regular basis to be shared with your accounts
· Handle contract renewals
· Understand our services and summarize the benefits to prospective customers.
Essential Skills:
• Technical understanding of how our services are used by our customers and an ability to translate the benefits into easy-to-understand language.
• Metrics oriented
• Organized. Hit deadlines. Familiar with project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the Office 365 Suite.
• B2B account management or sales experience.
• Productive in a remote working environment.
• Have a strong passion to succeed.
• Evidence of right to work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred Skills:
· We are multilingual as are many of our customers so professional fluency in ONE other language such as French, Spanish, or Italian is a required.
· Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns
