Main duties of the job You will be based in Sunderland as part of our Childrens Physiotherapy team that covers South Tyneside and Sunderland. You will be integral in developing the service to and providing support into the Neonatal Unit at SRH, continuing care by linking with the Community Physiotherapy service. You will be responsible for a wide neonatal caseload. You will have a comprehensive knowledge and experience within paediatrics including pre-term babies and children with complex presentations. You will have experience of Paediatric assessment tools relating to pre-term infants. You will have experience of the Education Health and Care Plans (Children and Families Act 2014), report writing and participation in associated meetings. You will have experience and a working knowledge of safeguarding. You will have the ability to work both within a Physiotherapy team, MDT and wider teams.
