Role Overview: Working closely with the contract delivery team ensuring the profitability, cash management, cost control and accurate reporting of projects within the region. Responsibilities Contract Management Management of the NEC3 ECC Option A and B contracts with the client EWN management Timely notification and quotations of CEs leading to cost and time recovery Management of the Cl.31 programme with the Operations team Guide the operations team to adhere to all contractual requirements Manage subcontractors Full contract administration of the NEC3 contract, ensuring all delay damages/financial risk is mitigated prior to disputes arising Dispute avoidance/management Financial Management Producing Cost Value Reconciliations with the Commercial Manager Assisting the Commercial Manager in Weekly P&L development Application for Payment to the Client Assessment of AfPs for Subcontractors Management of WIP into Applications, and ultimately to cash receipts Maximise value and minimise costs Forecast of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and budgets Reporting Actuals v Budget Capture of full value and conversion to cash Minimise WIP/Debt position Minimise/mitigate total risk exposure General Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Ensure that the delivery team are well supported from a commercial perspective Procurement of subcontract resource, materials and equipment Preferably degree educated with BSc/MSc equivalent MRICS or MCInstCES preferred Commercial and contractual awareness with a proven track record of success Highly IT literate and proficient with Excel Highly organised and self-motivated individual Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external clients Ability to organise yourself and others workload Skills, Qualifications & Experience Preferably degree educated with BSc/MSc equivalent MRICS or MCInstCES preferred Commercial and contractual awareness with a proven track record of success Highly IT literate and proficient with Excel Highly organised and self-motivated individual Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external clients Ability to organise yourself and others workload Salary & Benefits: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum £4,500 car allowance 25 days holiday bank holidays 3x life assurance Employee Assistance Program (discount from high street retailers) Private healthcare Free eye test vouchers Employee referral scheme Pure Gym discount Virgin Media - 'My Rates' discount Occupational Health Access to apprenticeships About You About Us Svella Connect is a leading provider of telecoms and digital infrastructure, building and installing high-speed broadband networks to help connect businesses and residents with full-fibre internet.
