Job: Environmental, Health & Safety Data Analyst
Duration: 12+ months
This role is inside IR35 and will be paid via umbrella.
Please note that this role is hybrid, requiring occasional attendance at the Bristol office.

About the role:
The role involves enhancing software use for data recording and analytics, developing reporting procedures, audit protocols, and conducting compliance audits. You will communicate with stakeholders to gather data, support environmental metrics, and collaborate globally to align with strategy. This position reports metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Position responsibilities:
* Manage Scope 1, 2 & 3 carbon and energy reporting (SECR, ESOS, CRP, UK & EU ETS).
* Improve data recording and analytics processes.
* Develop reporting procedures and audit protocols.
* Collect and analyze environmental data, creating reportable metrics.
* Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate with UK leadership and stakeholders.
* Prepare regulatory reports and permit applications.
* Maintain environmental, health, and safety reporting metrics.
* Support UK and global sustainability strategies and councils.
* Assist in ISO activities, environmental impact assessments, audits, incident investigations, and compliance.
* Manage environmental compliance and identify risks.
* Maintain the UK/EU regulatory compliance calendar.
* Ensure timely completion of regulatory tasks.
* Coordinate with site programs and organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
* Relevant H&S, environmental, or data qualification at level 3 or higher.
* Proficiency in Excel and data analytics software.
* Experience in carbon reporting and data analytics.
* Ability to interpret regulatory requirements into procedures.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
