Food Safety & Allergens Manager Role
The manager ensures food safety and allergen compliance with legal and best practice standards. They lead allergen strategy, provide consultancy, training, and support business growth. Key Tasks
* Develop new business opportunities, marketing, and allergen services.
* Provide technical advice, interpret test results, and offer training.

* Align with corporate values, mentor staff, and support the Safety & Quality Team Lead.
About You
* Graduate in science, law, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in food allergen management, including ELISA, DNA, or mass spectrometry techniques.
* Expertise in food allergen testing, evidenced through publications, training, or research contributions.
* Strong understanding of the food industry and mentoring experience.
* Experience in large-scale project management and generating revenue.

The role (ref: 8851) is home-based with £48,000 - £58,000 salary depending on experience, and requires travel to Gloucestershire.
