VIQU have partnered with an educational institution who are seeking a passionate EUC Support Engineer to join their technical team.
The EUC Support Engineer will lead the end-user computing (EUC) services, overseeing the design, installation, upgrades, and maintenance of device management operations. The successful EUC Support Engineer will work to ensure adherence to service standards, security protocols, and quality benchmarks. Key responsibilities include managing Azure Intune policies, driving software deployment and configuration, and coordinating the hardware build process across the organisation's device portfolio.
Experience Required of the EUC Support Engineer:
3rd Line Support: Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working in a 3rd line Support capacity
Advanced Intune Expertise: Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, including optimising tagging, policies, and configurations. Ability to drive continuous improvement, keeping Intune aligned with best practices and evolving needs.
Endpoint Manager Configuration: Proficiency in configuring Microsoft Endpoint Manager to support and manage devices effectively.
M365 Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services from a device and user management perspective (excluding server management, handled by a separate team).
