We’re looking for a talented and driven Sales and Events Executive to join our team. Role Overview : As a Sales and Events Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, developing new business opportunities, and managing the full spectrum of event planning and execution. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that every event exceeds expectations and contributes to the company’s growth. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. Key Responsibilities : Sales Development : Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and follow-up communications. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive long-term partnerships and sales growth. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and budget. Event Planning & Management : Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, including logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site management. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements for each event. Oversee the set-up and smooth operation of events, ensuring all aspects (e.g., catering, décor, AV) are aligned with client expectations. Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Client Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and event planning process, providing exceptional customer service. Address client enquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Post-Event Follow-Up & Reporting : Conduct post-event debriefs to gather feedback, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and deliver detailed event reports, ensuring that KPIs and objectives were met. Qualifications : Proven experience in sales and event management, ideally within hospitality and corporate events. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Additional Information : Work Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
