Middlesbrough Council is looking for passionate and skilled Social Workers to join our Multi-Agency Children Hub (MACH) and Assessment Teams. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for children and families in need, undertaking timely and robust assessments to ensure the right support and interventions are put in place. You will work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard children, using your expertise to make informed decisions about the best outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
As a Social Worker in the MACH and Assessment teams, you'll have the opportunity to be at the heart of front line social work, making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

What We Offer:
4. Competitive Salary: Up to £41,000
5. Generous Annual Leave: Starting from 26 days, rising to 31 days after 5 years of service, plus paid bank holidays (combined value of nearly £6,000)
6. Employer Pension Contributions: 11.5% of your salary, equivalent to over £5,000 per year, plus a death in service benefit of 3.5 times your annual salary
