About the role: The Social Media team plays a key role in growing and managing their online presence. As Social Media Manager, you will ensure smooth platform management, and the execution of engaging social campaigns. You will assist in content creation, oversee performance reporting, and coordinate content scheduling. Additionally, you will help manage copy approvals, maintain content calendars, and contribute to photography/video shoots when needed. Your role is essential in delivering an effective and impactful social media strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and report on campaign performance by producing weekly insights on top-performing and underperforming content. - Analyse content success at the end of campaigns and present reports back to the company. - Stay ahead of social media trends, continuously improving skills in content design and creative strategy. - Maintain and oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling, content alignment, and approvals. - Assist in planning and executing video and photography shoots, ensuring high-quality content production. - Develop and coordinate engaging charity-focused content, working closely with our charity partners to maximise reach and impact. - Manage feedback and revisions following content shoots to maintain brand consistency and quality. Who You Are: - Minimum of three years managing social media campaigns. - Demonstrable skills in growing social media platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in community engagement and responding to online feedback.
