At LVFS, we have a fantastic new opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join us as a Training & Competency (T&C) Manager.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Operations Managers (who perform the T&C Supervisor function) to ensure the effective development and assessment of employees who fall within our Training & Competency Scheme. This will involve supporting employees to achieve full competency within the timescales and criteria set out in the Scheme, and then to maintain this, using training, coaching and assessment skills to deliver compliance with our quality framework and to ensure good customer outcomes are consistently achieved.
They will also be instrumental in driving the design, implementation and ongoing review of policies and procedures associated with the T&C Scheme, including our advice principles and propositions.
