General Description
The Electrical Qualified Supervisor will oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of electrical installations and maintenance within the social housing sector. This role involves ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service delivery to residents. The supervisor will also be responsible for conducting inspections, audits, and providing technical guidance to the team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations and maintenance work.
3. Ensure all electrical work complies with current health and safety regulations and industry standards.
4. Provide technical support and guidance to the team, including troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.
5. Liaise with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
6. Maintain accurate records of all electrical work, inspections, and audits.
7. Develop and implement training programs for the electrical team to ensure continuous professional development.
8. Assist in the planning and scheduling of electrical work to ensure timely completion of projects.

1. Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance work meet regulatory and safety standards.
2. Achieve high levels of resident satisfaction through effective service delivery and communication.
3. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all electrical work and inspections.

5. Complete all scheduled electrical work within agreed timeframes and budgets.
