This position is available due to company progression and business levels. Therefore, they require an experienced Manager with a track record of managing in a telesales environment or a background as a Regional / Area Manager role within Estate Agency / Lettings. Working hours: Full time Hybrid working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm No weekends or bank holidays The successful Senior Sales Manager will be offered: Basic salary On Target earnings of £60,000 - £80,000 Laptop and Phone Expenses To be considered for the Senior Sales Manager role you must have: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and develop a team - coaching and training them to achieve KPIs Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role Driven and organised individual As a Senior Sales Manager, your role will involve: Overseeing telephone-based sales team Set and manage team KPIs Attending client meetings and conferences Managing client relationships - developing existing and seeking new business Advising team on company products and packages Conduct internal meetings Work alongside other Managers to achieve the company's overall goals
