What You’ll Bring To The Table
Ensure office supplies are stocked, liaise with suppliers for repairs, and keep the office organised and functional.
Greet visitors for key meetings and training days while managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
Assist with onboarding new staff, including ordering IT equipment and supporting their setup.
Help create presentations for industry events and attend SMT meetings to take minutes and follow up on actions.
Support event planning and delivery while building relationships with key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
Must have experience providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally, with empathy and professionalism.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager.
Must have experience in maintaining health and safety standards, using technology to track and improve safety routines.
