About the Role:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at SF Recruitment in Manchester on a 15-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of tasks and responsibilities during the incumbent's maternity leave, supporting our professionals with administrative duties.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our professionals, assisting with projects, data analysis, and client communication.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with project coordination, data analysis, and document preparation
* Support client communication, including phone and face-to-face interactions
* Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
* Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
Requirements:
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
