Your Role
The Neighbourhood Library Manager will support the development of a bold, ambitious, creative, and inclusive library offer at Stockroom. You will implement an outstanding customer service model that delivers for everyone, no matter who you are. You will work closely with the Stockroom, Archives, and wider Libraries team to deliver Stockroom’s mission to put creativity and culture on the high street, leading the co-design and co-delivery of library activities and services.
About You
We are looking for a warm, open-hearted, and open-minded individual to join our team. You’ll manage the library provision and work as one team to support the delivery of the creative programme in Stockroom. We seek someone with excellent operational and customer-facing experience. You will have a relentlessly optimistic outlook, a fearless attitude to trying new things, and a kind approach to people and the planet. You will be integral to the development of the library offer and the successful opening of Stockroom in 2025.
You must be committed to environmental and organizational sustainability, delivering climate and budget-friendly solutions and services. You are a team player, a natural negotiator, and always put people first.
