Trafford Leisure is a community interest company, existing to benefit the Trafford community. This is a pivotal point in our evolution as Trafford Council invests millions of pounds into the five main indoor leisure facilities in Trafford over the next five years. We need a committed team across Trafford Leisure to continue delivering the best service to our customers, helping them move more and live longer, healthier, happier lives.
The role: In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Dealing with face-to-face enquiries, emails, and telephone calls.
* Developing the 1-2-1 swimming lessons offer.
* Working as part of a strong swimming teacher team and with wider colleagues.
* Being involved with school swimming and completing end-of-term reports.
We are looking for motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at this exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure.
To be successful in this role of Swim Well Administrator, you must have:
* Level 1 & 2 Swimming teacher qualifications, as you will be required to cover lessons.
* Experience of supporting a management team with administrative tasks.
* Good IT skills, including Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A warm and friendly personality and comfort in working with the whole team, customers, suppliers, and contractors as required.

Working Hours: 10 hours a week, working Monday to Friday (flexible for the right candidate with swimming experience).
Primary Location: Urmston, although you could be expected to work from various sites across Trafford. We are happy to work flexibly with you.
