We are actively seeking an Internal Sales & Customer Service Team Leader to join our Revolution by Design team in Caversham, WA.

About the role:
* Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving escalated issues and ensuring timely responses
* Analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance the customer experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and implement best practices
* Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures and training programs
* Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the team and promote a commitment to continuous improvement
About you:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service supervisory or management role, preferably within a manufacturing, steel or rollforming environment
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in customer service principles and best practices, with a deep understanding of delivering exceptional experiences
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle escalated issues and conflicts effectively
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret customer data to drive process improvements
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
* Proficiency in using customer service and office productivity software
* A positive and uplifting leadership style
* Experience in the manufacturing, steel or rollforming industries are a must!
