These rewarding positions are to work with their pupils between the ages of 5-16 with diagnosed with ASD and SEMH, SEN needs. These rewarding positions, are located in the BS4 post code. About: These exciting opportunities are both full-time and long-term. The hours at these schools can vary between, 8.30-15:30, Monday to Friday and term time only. The school is desirably looking for staff who understand and have experience of working with special educational needs, with either children or adults. This position will go permanent, with the opportunities starting ASAP/January 2025 In the school, you will be supporting individual students on either a 1:1, or group basis, between the ages of 2-19. Your students will have SEND needs including autism, challenging behaviour, severe learning difficulties, social emotional mental health needs and speech and language difficulties. Under the guidance of the class teacher you'll be supporting students, to achieve defined progression with their educational health care plan, progressional targets, aiding their development, both socially and in their education. You will help in maintaining discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encourage good practice with your pupil/s.
