Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker at Bright Life Living. The role involves coordinating and providing high-quality care for children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being, and ensuring a safe environment. The Senior Therapeutic Support Worker plays a crucial role in leading and supporting the residential team in Birmingham.
Qualifications
* Support Workers and Interpersonal Skills
* Experience in Safeguarding and Communication
* Technical Support skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Knowledge of therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed care
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
* Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is a plus
