Job Description
* Client liaison and coordination of deliveries and engineering services
* Assist with management and scheduling of approved subcontractors
* Liaison with suppliers
* Quality testing and reporting
* Support sales and direct costs reporting
* Stock organisation and reporting
* Sales orders administration
* Purchase orders administration
The Successful Applicant
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Operations / Admin and Secretarial experience
* Sales and Purchase Ledger preferable
* Numeracy and accuracy
* Customer service experience
