The Role:
Manage relationships with key client accounts, drive growth in these accounts, and liaise with clients to minimize issues to ensure customer satisfaction and margin growth from multiple locations and delivery teams.
Drive new business growth from client wins and customer growth. Work across functions to ensure Evander delivers against its obligations under the contract and fosters long-term relationships with key stakeholders at the client company.
What to Expect:
* Qualifying incoming customer inquiries to facilitate new trade or redirecting/re-routing to other areas of business if necessary.
* End-to-end onboarding to include:
* First line of communication for Evander Helpdesk to expedite urgent accounts to deliver immediate services.
* Liaison with Credit Manager to carry out emergency credit checks and account opening.
* Communicate credit facility options with prospective customers.
* Manage digital customer account application processes.
* Build recognition and awareness of the Evander brand and propositions within your portfolio of accounts via online meetings and phone calls.
* Grow established client accounts and develop new revenue streams for Evander and the group.
* Establish competitor information and drivers that prevent lead conversion or additional revenue streams.
Who are we looking for:
* Excellent administration and organization skills for onboarding activities.
* Good customer service and relationship management experience.
* Good organizational skills and an ability to work as part of a fluid team.
* Sales experience with a desire to develop a career in sales/account management.
* Experience of working with property developers and/or large FM providers.
