Chubb now has an opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join and Manage our Fire and Security Installation sales team in the North London Region. The main goal of this role is to lead, Coach and manage an established team to enhance sales, increase portfolio growth and create the service value proposition for both recurring and non-recurring services.
Job Description
* Lead a team of Fire and Security Install salespeople to maximize new installation sales across the territory
* Set and execute a sales plan to meet financial objectives and achieve targets for recurring revenue and install orders
* Grow contract base by having a clear sales plan to cross sell and secure a greater share of wallet from existing customers
* Grow customer base through understanding the addressable market and assist team in winning new accounts
* Work with sales management counterparts to promote cross selling opportunities and ensure the customer experience is well managed
* Utilize performance metrics to measure performance and identify areas requiring action
* Lead the team utilising exceptional coaching and leadership skills to develop individuals and deliver results
Qualifications
* Experience of leading a team of Field Sales consultants, ideally from the fire or security industry.
* Be focused on results; commercially astute, with a successful track record in Field Sales Management & demonstrative ability to drive sales results
* Possess the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the business, experience of dealing with senior directors including reporting and reviewing performance metrics
* Be able to lead from the front with a ‘can do’ attitude
* Encourage teamwork and create an environment in which people are involved, motivated and have a sense of ownership
* Hold a current UK driving licence
