I am currently working with an established and expanding FMCG organisation based in Leigh who are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join their organisation on a permanent basis. The organisation currently has a turnover of 60million with ambitious plans for growth, therefore there is fantastic career progression opportunities available. I am looking to speak to candidates who have a background in running the Sales Ledger function and have the ability to work proficiently within strict timescales. Responsibilities within the role are as follows:
Responsibilities:
* Processing high volumes of sales invoices
* Balancing of incoming receipts such as cash, credit card and BACS
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Liaising with customers to set up payment plans
* Assisting with cash allocation
Person Specification:
* Ability to process high volumes of invoices to deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* Excellent attention to detail
