Salary:£36,000 to £40,000, plus £6k to £15k bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct MOT tests in accordance with current regulations and procedures
* Identify and assess vehicle faults and advise customers on necessary repairs
* Maintain accurate records of MOT tests and ensure compliance with legal requirements
* Provide excellent customer service, offering clear advice and explaining test results
* Keep up to date with changes in MOT regulations and vehicle technologies
* Assist with general workshop duties as required
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Valid MOT Tester certification (Class 4 & 7 preferred)
2. Proven experience working as an MOT Tester or in a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanics
4. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for safety
