The purpose of the Resourcing Co-Ordinator role is to support the sourcing, renewal and onboarding activities of all temporary workers, delivering an efficient best practice approach to the organisation whilst ensuring MIB are compliant in our obligations and responsibilities.
Key Outputs
* You’ll support the Resourcing Partner with initial resourcing discussions with an MIB hiring manager on identification of a resourcing need and determining the type and source of resource required.
* You’ll be responsible for engaging with the procurement team where there is a need for temporary resource to be obtained from an external agency (and an extension of existing temporary resource) and following the MIB vendor selection and onboarding processes (including the use of One Trust), to ensure all necessary due diligence is completed and evidenced.
* You’ll support the Resourcing Partner in engaging with Recruitment agencies to discuss role requirements to start the search for suitable candidates.
* You’ll work with recruitment agencies and MIB hiring manager to organise and coordinate interviews and / or assessments.
* You’ll support the Resourcing Partner in providing feedback to agencies following interviews and agree start dates.
* You’ll be responsible for administering the QDOS IR35 status determination process by reviewing the responses provided by the worker, providing QDOS with any further context required and by providing hiring manager approval of the QDOS IR35 status determination, prior to the commencement of any engagement.
* You’ll be responsible for liaising with the People Operations team in respect of raising Purchase Orders.
* You’ll take ownership of ensuring all temporary workers are added to the central register of temporary resource held by the People team.
* You’ll ensure that all agreements are uploaded to the DocuSign system and signed by all relevant parties.
* You’ll be responsible for ensuring MIB, the temporary worker, and the fee payer making final payment to the worker, have received a copy of the final QDOS IR35 status determination, prior to the commencement of any engagement.
* You’ll take ownership of ensuring contract end dates are recorded and tracked to make sure contract extensions are commenced in a timely way, where appropriate.
* You’ll report on all temporary resourcing activity, providing data and insights to various MIB stakeholders.
* You’ll be an ambassador of MIB, being able to represent MIB positively to external parties.
* You’ll maintain and build good relationships with internal stakeholders and our Recruitment Agency partners.
Qualifications and Education
Skills and Knowledge
* Experience of working in a customer centric role with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* Proven administration experience in a busy environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines at any one time.
* Outstanding verbal and oral communication skills with experience of communicating to external and internal parties by phone, email and MS Teams.
* Good administration skills with an ability to document processes, actions taken and track progress.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to make decisions and problem solve.
* Advanced IT Skills, including strong excel skills.
* Able to use discretion and deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* A sense of personal responsibility with experience of being proactive to drive actions forward.
* A sense of pride in your work and an ability to positively represent MIB.
* Previous recruitment experience or knowledge of IR35 regulations would be an advantage.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract Type: FTC for 6 months
Grade: 9
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Location: Hybrid working (2 days in the office per week) from our Milton Keynes office, MK14
