As a Business Development Manager for Leadership Development and Coaching, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. This is more than just sales; Hunger: be a sales hunter finding and winning green field business
Initiative: takes an entrepreneurial approach to our business, and has a strong bias toward action
Curiosity & Innovation: structures innovative yet realistic and measurable approaches based upon a curiosity and interest in our business, our customers, and their business needs
Persuasiveness: Ability to craft and promote a vision; to articulate this clearly in a way that will help to bring our business together and drive results
Leadership: proven track record of effective leadership in sales; ability to flourish in a matrix environment, be ready to build a sales team within Leadership & Coaching.
Promote and sell Impel’s Leadership Development and Coaching programs, including leadership assessments, tailored training initiatives, and development workshops.
Identify client needs and design customized solutions that align with their leadership and team-building goals.
Work collaboratively with Impel Talent’s leadership team to shape and refine our offerings.
Build lasting relationships with HR, operations, and supply chain leaders to position Impel Talent as their go-to partner for leadership development.
Stay up to date on market trends and the latest innovations in leadership coaching and team development.
A proven track record in business development, preferably in leadership development, training, or coaching services. (Passion for helping organizations and teams achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working in or selling to sectors such as Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, Space & Technology, and FMCG is a plus.
