We work within the care industry providing home care within a vast area of Suffolk. The office is a busy environment that requires extra help throughout the week.
Due to expansion within the business, we are looking for a part-time auditing and office admin assistant to support with our day-to-day processes.
This role will include:
1. Data Review (Client Service Delivery Audits)
2. Telephony
3. Staff and client file audits
4. New staff screening
5. Time and attendance monitoring
This is a developing role and not an exhaustive list of tasks.
We are looking for a person with the following qualities:
* High standard of written and verbal English
* Strong work ethic
* The ability to prioritise daily tasks
* Work within a fast-paced environment
* Ability to use a number of different IT systems
* Organised
* Able to deal with stressful situations
* A sense of humour
You will not necessarily have experience in the care industry but will be able to demonstrate a structured approach to ensuring completion of the tasks in a timely manner.
This could be a position for someone who is looking to start within the industry or wanting to move into an administrative role.
Monday to Friday - 20 hours per week - 09:00-13:00
