We are seeking highly motivated individuals from a variety of backgrounds, while maritime experience is preferred, it is not essential, as you will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced Project Managers and assist them in managing marine interior fitout projects. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career into a future Project Manager position.
The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication, analytical, and mathematical skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders within a team. You should be adaptable, comfortable with global travel, and committed to maintaining health and safety standards.
Role Responsibilities:
Understand the final scope of the project and take ownership for allocated tasks or projects following relevant sign off.
Contribute to the planning processes for all required Materials, resources and logistics.
With approval from project manager work with the relevant stakeholders on the procurement of all Materials, resources and logistics.
Contribute to project meetings from start up to close down, including regular and ad-hoc project and site meetings.
With minimal supervision help control and monitor project performance according to the project specification, budget and timeline. Make recommendations for continual improvements that can be made.
