Job: Behaviour Mentor Location: Oldbury Position: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for permanent placement) Start Date: Immediate Salary: £85 - £110 per day About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our vibrant primary school community in Halesowen. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our pupils' emotional, social, and academic development, ensuring they reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students, addressing individual learning needs and promoting positive behaviour. Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment. Monitor and report on student progress, offering feedback to both students and parents. Support students with emotional and behavioural difficulties, implementing strategies to promote well-being and engagement. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting. Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
