We are currently looking for a Business Development Coordinator to be based in our Fyvie office in Aberdeenshire, to act as the main point of customer contact for the Northern Scotland region and support with business development, winning new orders and pricing enquiries. What does the role involve? As a Business Development Coordinator, you will support with customer visits either in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or alone to an agreed schedule and act as the main point of contact for the regions customers. You will raise quotations, managing customer records and work with Sales Systems Manager ensure customer accounts are set up correctly. In addition you will be expected to assist with the day to day time management of the team. In addition, you will canvass potential new customers and recognise opportunities for upselling, as well as monitor quotations and make sure they are hitting their service levels and work closely with the regions RSM to understand the customer voice. The successful candidate will require: A strong customer focused background. Ability to prioritise and understand Customer requirements. Knowledge of metal cladding and profiles market would be advantageous but not essential Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage. Experience in using Microsoft packages. Experience in pricing and account management would be preferred.
