As Maintenance Coordinator with Robertson FM, you will support the Helpdesk Supervisor and Hard Services Managers where required with client relations and subcontractor management with a motivation to continuously improve core aspects of the operation and quality of service. You'll produce reports on PPM performance, support the contract with jeopardy management, and produce client reports as required.
* Reporting and Planning of the PPM service delivery
* Supporting the delivery and monitoring of the Service Delivery Plans and KPIs.
* Manage and control the scheduling and delivery of PPM tasks.
* Working closely with operatives and Subcontractors to ensure that time records are accurate and operational notes are updated and informative.
* Regular subcontractor engagement for outstanding tasks and payment, and to discuss and address performance delivery.
* Regular internal engagement to review outstanding PPM tasks.
* Booking in appointments with sites for maintenance tasks.
To be successful in your application, you will;
* Have previous experience in a similar administrative role
* Have proven background in providing exemplary customer service.
* You'll be a self-starter with excellent organisational skills, problem solving ability, and exceptional attention to detail.
