This role is ideal for a skilled Electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in chemical or manufacturing environments. It suits someone with a time-served electrical or mechanical apprenticeship, knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems, and hands-on experience with pump, valve, and pipework repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset are essential. Atex/CompEx experience is desirable Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical (single/3-phase) and mechanical systems, including pumps and pipework. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as ATEX inspections, PAT testing, and safety checks. Contribute to process safety management, including SIL checks and hazardous area equipment inspections. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and assist with implementing modifications. Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence in maintenance operations.
