We have an excellent opportunity available for someone who wants to enhance and develop their PA skills.
The role is a band 4 Care Group PA role supporting a passionate team of Senior Management and colleagues. The administrative team is a small team who work together to provide flawless support to Senior Management, and it would be great to have you as part of the team.
EKHUFT is a multisite Trust, and this post will require the post holder to work on multiple sites to ensure the success of the role and the wider team.
Main Duties of the Job
The core focus of the role is providing support for the governance team within maternity, including preparing agendas, taking live minutes, and coordinating the day-to-day running of each team.
In addition to this, you will be dealing with Business World, Health Roster, setting up WebEx meetings, managing inboxes, diary management, and formatting documents.

* GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths or equivalent professional experience
