Nova Talent are working with a global company that is a leading supplier of medical devices and solutions. Due to tremendous growth and ambitious plans for the future we are recruiting a Product Manager to report in to the Sales Manager. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of the product, define go-to-market strategies, and ensure the product's success in the marketplace. Working within this innovative company, successful applicants duties will include: Serve as the product expert and provide in-depth knowledge of product features, use cases, and benefits ensuring the sales team understands the technical aspects of features and scalability. Explain how technical specifications address complex customer needs. Conduct product training sessions for sales teams, equipping them with the information they need to position the product effectively. Collaborate with product development team to stay up-to-date on product updates, improvements, and roadmaps. Collaborate with the sales and marketing to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including positioning, pricing, and packaging of the product. Lead product launches and coordinate with various departments (Engineering & Sales) to ensure successful rollouts. Develop product messaging and sales enablement materials (sales decks, case studies, product demos, etc). Track and report on key performance metrics related to product sales and market penetration. Analyse product performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Conduct market research to understand market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact the product’s positioning or sales approach. Work with finance and operations teams to forecast product revenue and sales targets. Attend conferences both in and out of the UK. What we are looking for: Proven experience in product management for medical devices, sales, or a related field. Experience in B2B sales or technology products is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of product development cycles, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal teams and external clients. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback. Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
