KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Senior Operations and Commercial Manager to join our EMEA Consulting team, reporting into the Senior Director, Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational and financial/commercial management and a passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness within our consulting practice. You will play a critical role in enhancing our operational and commercial strategies and ensuring seamless execution across departments.
* Implement operational strategies that align with business objectives
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to senior management
* Provide data-driven insights on internal as well as market trends and client needs to inform strategic decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop compelling pricing approaches that meet client requirements, and are compliant with internal policies
* Create complex, bespoke pricing models for big bids
* Optimize internal workflows and business processes to enhance productivity, ensure compliance with internal policies and drive revenue
* Leveraging Salesforce, monitor and analyze bid performance, using metrics to drive continuous improvement in the bidding process
* Help develop and implement best practices for bid management to ensure high-quality submissions
* RFP support: main point of contact for supporting sellers in obtaining information required for RFP submissions
* Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will need to bring the following experience and qualifications:
* University degree or equivalent
* CIMA, or comparable qualification, advantageous
* Ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial/operations management or a related role
* Proven track record of successful project management and operational improvements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Excel
